Budnick Converting Acquires Evans EVCO

Columbia, IL - July 1, 2024 - Budnick Converting, Inc., a leading specialty tape and foam materials converter, announced as of July 1, 2024, the asset purchase of Evans EVCO, a privately held materials fabricator and distributor headquartered in Kansas City, MO. The merger brings together two companies with complementary capabilities, cultures, and commitment to customer service.

To ensure a smooth transition, Shockey will remain in a consulting role during the transition.

The merger provides both Budnick Converting and Evans EVCO customers with expanded product offerings, added services, and wider geographic coverage. Customers will eventually benefit from an even more reliable supply chain.
