tesa's assortment of water-based acrylic laminating tapes are ideal for laminating wide flexible materials, including plastics, elastomers, foams, felts, fleece, textiles, and more. The water-based acrylics are also: low VOC, low odor, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly
tesa Adhesive Transfer tapes have high temperature resistance, low VOC's, and can be easily die cut. They provide solutions for wide web lamination, gasket fabrication, foam lamination, and signage & POP displays.
tesa Non-Woven tapes feature high initial tack, low VOC's, high conformability, and adheres excellently to non-polar surfaces. Applications include lamination of low surface energy shapes, mounting critical surfaces, and automotive interior mounting applications.
tesa Scrim Tapes have excellent reinforcement properties, can be easily die cut, have high tack, low VOC's, and excellent conformability. They are often used for wide web lamination, lamination of foams, felts, and fabrics, specialty lamination applications, mounting, and die-cut applications.
tesa Filmic Tapes feature superior bonding and holding power, can be easily die cut, have high shear and temperature resistance, and have strong reinforcement properties. They are ideal for mounting applications, critical bonding applications, and laminating foams, fabrics, and metals.
What We Offer
Water-based adhesives are no longer just a low cost alternative for carton sealing & non-critical laminating tapes. Water-based pure acrylic adhesives are closing the Shear Adhesion & Environmental Resistance performance gap on solvent-based adhesives. Modified water-based acrylics have slightly less Shear Adhesion values, but increased tack and performance on non-polar substrates.
